If your Glint account has sufficient funds, but your Glint Card is declined, it is likely because your Glint Card is linked to a wallet with insufficient funds or your Gold wallet has insufficient balance.
Follow the below steps to link your Glint Mastercard to the correct wallet:
- On both iOS or Android:
- Login to the Glint app.
- Drag down the 'Balances' and 'Top Stories' pages to reveal your Glint Mastercard and map.
- Here you will be able to see the option 'Wallet' on the mid-right hand side of the page.
- Once you tap on 'wallet' a drop down menu will appear, here you will be able to select the e-wallet you would like to link your Glint Mastercard to.
