Drag down the "Balances" section to reveal the full card.
You will then see three buttons underneath the image, "Freeze", "PIN" and "Wallet".
Select "Freeze"
You will then see your Glint Mastercard appear to frost over
Then select the Cancel button
A pop up will ask you to confirm your understanding that once a card is cancelled it cannot be reactivated
Tap on ‘I understand’
Your card will then be cancelled
From here, the screen will refresh and you’ll see the Order button
Tap on Order
A pop up will show, it will ask you to verify your reason for ordering a card and ensure your address is correct.
If your address has changed, please contact client support first via the “new address? Contact us” link and once our client support team has confirmed your address has been updated you can then return to the app and complete the card ordering process.
Tap confirm, the app will ask you to review the details.
If all details are correct tap on confirm for the second time.
