Please note that the following instructions are on where to find the necessary account details in the Glint app to use when setting up an ACH bank transfer or Wire transfer on your bank’s end.
- Login to the app and tap the USD wallet from your Balances section.
- At the bottom left of the screen tap 'Fund'.
- Select the tab for the appropriate transfer type, so either ACH or Wire.
- To set up the ACH transfer, you will have to log into your bank account and set up a new external transfer entering the details provided on the ACH tab in the Glint app.
- Most banks will require a final account verification before being able to schedule transfers by verifying two small test deposits sent to the external account (Glint in this case). These test deposits can be found inside your USD wallet under the Activities section. Once received and applied you will receive a notification as well from Glint. The final step will be to verify the two amounts back on your bank's end.
- To set up the Wire transfer, if you are able to set it up online then you will enter the details provided on the Wire tab in the Glint app. If you cannot then you may have to physically go into your bank to do so but please confirm with your bank directly.
