Here are some tips on what to check first.
- Be sure you entered the correct PIN. If you need to request a new PIN, click here.
- Be sure your card is not temporarily frozen; you can confirm your card status from within the app.
- Make sure your card is linked to the correct wallet. For more information on how to link your card to a different wallet click here.
- Check that you are spending or withdrawing within Glint card limits. For more information on limits click here.
