If you forget or want a new PIN, you can request it right from within the app at any time. The PIN is automatically generated and sent to you via text message.
To request a new PIN, please follow these steps.
- Log in to your Glint app.
- Drag the "Balances" section to the bottom of your screen so you can see the full image of your card.
- Under the image of your card, you will see three buttons: select PIN.
- Please note that if you have your Glint Card frozen that you will need to unfreeze it first by tapping on the Defrost button.
- You will then be asked to authenticate using biometrics or your passcode
- Next, select Create New PIN.
- You will then receive a text message to your registered phone number with the new PIN.
