Glint's Fees & Limits

Glint charge various fees in relation to buying and selling Gold as well as when we offer payment services and e-money. We also impose certain limits on account or card activity - this helps prevent financial crime.

Below is a complete summary of Glint's current fees and limits.

The exchange Rate used is set by us, and at a variable exchange rate, which is streamed at the best available wholesale market rate.

The price you pay is locked at the time of exchange.

Gold Vault fees 0.02% N/A N/A We will debit your Gold vault fee, monthly in arrears on or around the 1st of the month. Vault fees cover storage and insurance.
Silver Vault fees 0.08% N/A N/A We will debit your Silver vault fee, monthly in arrears on or around the 1st of the month. Vault fees cover storage and insurance.

The Gains and Losses report covers both Gold and Silver transactions.

The fee is applicable to each full or partial report. The fee is charged in GBP, EUR, USD, Gold or Silver equivalent.

There are also rolling 30-day limits, based on your activity over the past 30 days. For example:

  • If you make a £50 ATM withdrawal, your ATM withdrawals limit will go down by £50
  • After 30 days, your ATM withdrawal limit will go up by £50

There is no charge for your card. The card delivery fee applies to all new and replacement cards. Replacement cards include lost and expired cards.

Delivery can take up to 7-10 working days and cards can only be delivered to a registered Glint address.
