We use HooYu to request and collect documentation via mobile upload. So, if we cannot verify you electronically, we need to request physical documentation and HooYu does this securely on our behalf. You will get an email request (to the email address you registered with) follow the instructions and we will review the information and hopefully be able to open an account.
