If you are unable to log in, please select “Forgot passcode” and enter your registered email address. A code will be sent to your email address, after you receive the code, enter it in your Glint app and select “Continue”. On the next page you will need to correctly answer security questions before selecting “Continue”. You will then be able to set a new passcode, which you will re-enter on the next page before you will be logged back in.
If you are trying to reload your app but have forgotten your passcode, please select “Forgot? Log out and reset it” on your Glint app. Then select “Already a client? Log in here” to log back in using your phone number. You will then be sent a verification code via SMS message, enter this code and select “Continue”. You may then reset your passcode and log in.
